Tudor Rubber front floor mat

:cool:Just a thought from an old timey auto trimmer. I too have tried the duct tape. Next time I have the mat out I will Laminate (contact cement) tight woven burlap to the bottom side.

i am behind anything that i can use 3m weldwood on. you paint it on you walk away you come back press it on and hit the waves. (first time i used 3m it was on the tray pad my 87 650 kawasaki stand up jetski)

I was at Home depot just yesterday and they sell burlap. As mentioned fabric stores and upholstery supply places stock it too.

Cool Hand,
Make your shorts out of burlap also. A bit scratchy on the sit down, but you can't beat em for wear.

Naw, that may be good in the North Dakota cold winters but I think they would look like

Now back to floor mats. I have some heavy aluminum foil that I am going to put on top of the foam to reflect the heat. Maybe it would work better to cement it to the bottom of the floor mat too. It would keep the foil from ripping in addition to strengthening the rubber mat.

You can always tell a country girl because her butt smelled like biscuits. Her panties were made of Martha White flour sacks.

I've read that foil needs an air space to work for reflecting heat.
