Transmisson compatability

Good evening all. I picked up a G series 6 cyl 1942 flathead that had been rebuilt and stored for years had running on test stand. I found a 1950 3 speed to loader that had been bolted to 8ba. Will these two bolt up or not. Thanks for the help. If not what ****** do I need to look for for the G series 6 banger? thanks in advance for any help.

'41 to mid '47 is the 'G' series 6 cylinder, it has it's own unique transmission case.
If the '50 top loader gears are from a truck they will fit the early 6 cylinder case, but the '50 case will not bolt up to the '42 six.
