transmissions exchange ?

Are 1915 to 1925 transmissions totally interchangeable except for the starter and pedals ? again thanks in advance!! jim

Ok what parts of which transmission are you looking to swap? The drums, triple gears and drive plate yes. The flywheel yes. If you are putting the 25 transmission and flywheel in then you might have to swap out the coil ring and reset the gap.

Thank you Red Model T!! I am wanting to replace my 15 transmission with a complete 24 or 25 as I now have problems with my 15 and like very much to gain a starter while I am at it, Does this make any sense to you ? Thanks again for your reply! jim

I did exactly that to my '15 T. It all swaps straight across. Use the later hogshead and then you can have a starter.
