Hey guys... FYI I'm a good Model A Restorer/Mechanic... and am fully equiped/versed in my shop for Model A and flathead V8's, but admittedly outside of driving T's I have not worked on them much. I do a lot of Model A work in the St. Louis area.... and have someone who wants some help with band replacement. I know you guys have tons of experience and info... so here's my plea for advise and counsel.
I've read a couple of the threads on replacement time (4hrs plus very experienced) to 10 hours. What can I expect? Can you recommend good reading material for replacement,
and.. I see there;s different type materials. Any preference to use?

how much time should I allow?
Need a good source for proces/procedure/printed?
