Would like to trade (up or down):
1975 F100, 300 I6, three on tree, 2wd, reg cab long bed. Very nice presentable driver, third owner for five years, always garaged and maintained. Bought from second owner, a retired farmer who bought the truck in 1977 and always meticulously maintained it, with service records and receipts. At one point it had been nicely repainted in the original Bay Tree Green, it waxes up very well, and appears to have no rust, filler or patches, except some bubbling over the left rear wheel. The interior matches with original olive upholstery, perfect dash pad, floor mat, door panels and seat material, there is one seam splitting on the driverside but the material is intact. Mechanically perfect: runs, drives and stops as new. Idles better than a Singer sewing machine whisper. Doesn't smoke. I have been around these trucks for a while and this is one of the best originals I have seen.
Bought an almost as nice 1966 F100 last year, so the 1975 has been mostly sitting. Hate to part with it, especially if it were to become a driver and go through a salty winter. But need would like the garage space and have taken an interest in Model A's.
Looking to trade into another truck, but would consider other bodies. Would prefer one that runs and drives, and in the Midwest. I am posting this for a friend, so we can figure out how to add pictures to a post from a phone. He will add more details such as mileage etc. later. The next few posts are going to be my attempts at adding pictures.
Thank you.
