town sedan

Am I wrong? I always found my T.S. under the numbers 155. The 29s were (IIRC) A for Murray, B for Briggs. The 30s were designated C for Murray and D for Briggs. If I got some of that wrong, someone please correct me.

Seems we have the same car, my '31 slant town sedan also came with the back fold down armrest, from what I've been told by other Barner's is that somewhere down the line the back seat was changed out, seems to fit right and as far as I'm concerned I like it much better with the middle fold down, works great with the arm rests under the quarter windows. Maybe this is something people did as a shadetree upgrade.

Did all 160-B Town Sedans have a center arm rest in the rear seat? I have bought a slant window town sedan with all of the features above except for the center arm rest. Based on Mike V's response, it seems that it was not a required option for the 160-B.

And how much wider are these to other models? Saw that mentioned.

By the way, this is my first A. Should have it here in a couple of weeks.

Thanks!
Blake
