Town Sedan Experts Please

Bogiediver... For reference I just bought a '31 Slant Candian 160B and paid $17k for it. All items inside and out were restored to original condition in 2007. I'd pass on this one and keep looking theres's more restored original ones out there, just have to look. Found mine on Craigs List.
 
Besides the wood grained dash rail and window garnishes, the Town Sedans also had pin striping on the inside face of the gas tank.
