**** tower oil leak

A customer brought in some "OLD" 600W stock from a dealer we don't shop from (hint first letter is M), to use when we did some work on his car. We instead used the newer stuff we get from Snyders. I used it in my Warford in the Model T. Boy was I glad we didn't use it in his car, that stuff (*hit) really foamed up bad. I had to drain it and refill with newer.

In fairness to the M company did you bring it to their attention or did you come directly to the Barn?

It says ""OLD" 600W stock" in my post, so no I would not have brought it to their attention. Best guess by the packaging, it might have been over 10 years old. The point being made is; he could also have some of the older 600W that did have a problem with foaming.
