Touring engine builder in Australia

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to build a touring engine in Australia?? Looking to have an inserted engine built with counter balanced crank, pressurised, touring cam etc.

Preference would be for someone in Western Australia, but would consider any state.

Does anyone have any recommendations??
