Torque tube

Good evening.....I am rebuilding the torque tube on my 29. I have the bearing race and seal out, but the seal came out in pieces. Mt question, is there a washer between the bearing and the seal? It looks like there may be, or is it just part of the seal I am looking at?

It does not show a washer between the seal and bearing in Bratton's catalog. Bratton's catalog has alot useful information such as this.
