top part for Cabriolet

Help..last piece I'm missing.. 1929 Cabriolet..at top of Landau Iron there is a rubber spacer, I believe there is a washer which is no longer in production or obtainable that goes between rubber and ?? If I could get picture of this item maybe I could make one?? thanks to anyone who can help...Dick

thanks for help, I should have remembered it as I tried to order it from Bratton's and everyone else and they are out of stock and no longer reproduced..so now I will try to bend a stainless steel washer into a cover that is similar..thanks again..Dick
