Tool tray covers

Thanks for Kube for posting those photos showing the tool storage area with sound deadener lining.
QUESTIONS:
Are both tool tray covers suppose to have the 1 inch hole?
Also, are there no screws holding down the left side tray cover?
My '40 (early production) has 3 screws.

Good catch. NO, only the right cover had the finger hole.
The left cover was fastened to the floor with a total of three screws.
