The radiator that I replaced was only a 2 row radiator. It was deceiving however because the was a row at the front and a row at the back. The problem was that there was a void between the rows where a 3rd row would have gone. It looked like a complete radiator to me (in my ignorance). The car had a blown head gasket when I got (I wonder why…..) and then I blew another head gasket from overheating (no temp gauge (now remedied) how was I to know it was over heating?) It’s important to note here that the radiator was serviced by well qualified radiator man. If Marshall had not spoken up about 3 core radiators I would still be beating my head against a wall and probably blown another head gasket or worse yet fried the motor. One glance at the Brassworks radiator and the difference is plainly seen. Live and Learn, live and learn………
