I asked the price of 6.00X16 radials last weekend. About $2500 for four is too rich for me.
I was also told they don't last any longer than a conventional tyre.
I run 2.25/75x16 tubeless radial on my 16 inch Ford rims. The diameter of these tires is very, very close to the 19 inch Model A tire. Find a passenger car tire, not a SUV tire, as the SUV tires have a stiffer side wall.
If you have side mounted spares they may not fit in the wells. Solution is easy, let some air out and carry a tire pump. If it was me I would consider the bent spoke Kelsey wheels (see attached photo).
The Coker 6.00 x 16 radials are out of round, in a big way. I prefer the Auburn if you are going radials and they used to be cheaper than the Coker. You can get by with 6.00 x 16 bias ply for less money.
