Probaby current circa 1920, pat. dates mostly preceed manufacturing dates. Do not know if it was toolkit issue for auto co., but pumps were also a general sale item.Looks well made & in good condition.

With brass barrel and cast foot, that is likely the deluxe $3.00 pump. There were HUNDREDS of different pumps, standard types and MANY fancy patent special ones, sold everywhere back when fixing flats was a basic human activity like brushing teeth.
