Tire mounting

I have 5 new 19" Goodyears, tubes, rim liners and newly powder coated wheels.

Need ANY tips on how to mount tires (something about a plastic trash bag?). I have two 30" truck tire irons to work with (they worked to remove old tires).

Or...is it better to pay the man and can Les Schwab / Big O tires mount A tires without chipping my new powder coating?
