Tire Manufacture Date?

I have a set of Goodyear 5.00x19 tires made in Brazil on my 1930 coupe. The number I find on one of them is PUNB747. Can anyone help me find when they might have been made?

I don't think that is the date code. Prior to 2000 it was a 3 digit code WWY W-week and Y the last digit on the year. There is no 74 week number. After 2000 the code went to 4 digits WWYY.
 
A goodyear tire dealer can look at your tires and tell you. I have a set of goodyears on my '29 with a date of 1972. It is on the inside of the tire.
