Tire Iron/lug wrench

I am looking for a stock Ford tire iron/lug wrench that also works the jack. The year is unimportant, but the lug wrench part must fit the 13/16 lug nuts.

As far as I know, they are basically the same down through the years but some are for different size lug nuts.
