Three piece trany coupler

I've come across a few coupler parts and some have a different bolt patern. Can anyone tell me why they are different and which one would be correct for my 28 Tudor or does it matter?

Your 28 should have the offset bolt pattern and a cast hook on the top part of the outer cover. The hook should be at least 1/4" above the frame lip.
