The 32-? With the take apart ends do use the 11/16-24 thread. The late style tie rods are 11/16-18. As an aside, the early tie rods are hollow. I had one with a worn spot from draging on the wishbone. I welded it up and blew thru it. I sure would not use a rusted or worn one now.
