Thermostat Question

I recently purchaced a 1930 model a my question is does this motor have a thermostat and if so what temperature t-stat is recommended.Lastly is it located under the end of the top hose on top of the head like newer cars.

It looks like your first eight posts were on the correct forum, go back to it. In answer to your question: MAYBE. It didn't have one from the factory but someone may have installed one.
