I went out to the garage this morning and discovered the new use for the 29 Tudor, pie holder. See pic

When I was in the Army the cooks would set fresh baked pies on the kitchen steps to cool off. Did they really think someone wouldn't sneak off with a pie or two given half a chance?:D:p

Yes, pies do taste better fresh from the oven.:)
 
My wife insists on using the bumpers as drying racks for wet clothes.
Recently I drove down the road to fill up the car with gas. I got lots of funny looks -All was revealed when I got out of the car at the station and found three tea towels on the front bumper !

i have done that. i also get funny looks if i leave my phone on the hood. Or boots or bags on the running board. Even funnier when you forget to bring them inside the car and they are still there when you get home
 
I made one trip to the local town pump and was busy refuelling when a gent complimented my car.........especially the right running board ornaments?!
Confused I carried on home and only then realized I had left two beers on the board during repairs. Dad had been looking all over the place for his brew while I was gone.
Nope didn't spill a drop.
