Obviously when building a high performance flathead it is very important to equalise the cc's of the combustion chambers, but I wonder what difference it makes on a stock engine? The specs for stock heads list a variance of 2 or 3 cc's. This means that even a brand new flathead is going to have uneven compression across the cylinders. Am I thinking too much?
