The Demize of the Flathead

Glad you're feeling better Ron - just to help with the 'cure' that his post has given you, I picked up two 59A blocks on Wednesday - so I have enough cores for some future projects. Lots of us are going like mad on these engines!
 
Kind of funny that this subject has come up. When <I> was doing the rebuild, several friends wanted me to change to a 12 volt, negative ground system with either a 350, or a Detroit or Windsor motor.
My comment to them was always the same - when you pay the bills y'all can do whatever the hell you want - I love this old farm truck & the Flathead will always rule!
