The Brigg's Coupe bodies...

In a February 5, 1929 news release from Detroit, it related that the Brigg's Mfg. Co. was to lease over 1/2 of the Highland Park plant and was to build "all bodies for the coupe and fordors" while "the Ford Company will continue to build the tudor and roadster bodies".

That being said, has it been substanuated that this really was the case?

So I guess all "coupe" bodies are Briggs bodies and not Ford bodies?!

Hmmmmm. Interesting.
