Thank you so much to everyone that help me get it running. I was trying to get this coupe going and running before my grandfather got to bad so he could see it run. I was told bad news today. They told us his body was shutting down it could be anytime before he leaves us. I really wanted him to see it run and go for a drive with him, but it doesnt look like I will get the chance before I can take leave this June.
 
I pray that he will have comfort in his last days. You can tell him what you have done because he does not have to see it to enjoy the experience. May your family preserve and enjoy all the treasured memories. Wayne
 
We are all getting older, and the sad truth is that we all eventually decline and leave. I am sorry your grandpa is declining, and wish for strength and comfort for the family.
 
So sorry to hear....I had the same situation with my dad and sadly he didn't see the model t run that we were working on. However, after he died I felt very close to him every time I wrench on my old cars. I feel him there with me. When I want to feel close to him, I don't go to the cemetery, I go to the garage.
 
Where is your Grandfather located? If he is in Northern Colorado, I can take him for a ride in our Victoria. I know it is not the same, but he may enjoy a short journey in a Model A. PM me if that is an option.
