On a '26/'27 T does the lip on the inside bottom of the windshield frame go above or below the forward edge of dash? My frame is toast and I'm going to try to fix it. Thanx

I took mine apart last August for body work & paint. It's ready to go back together, from what I can see, the curved horizontal piece, about 1 1/4" wide, fits on top of the dash. But, my memory doesn't tell me how I took it apart, so I'm not sure. Send me an email and I'll let you know in a week or two.

Thanks. I'm quite sure it fits on top now. I installed a new repro windshield frame and it does not have room for it to slide under the dash. BTW, these are really nice pieces. I got the polished aluminum one from Mac's and I'm a happy camper.
