Tapered lug nut washers, 39 Tonner

Those things seem a bit hokey to me. Can you weld up the wheel and grind it true with a ball stone ? lets see a pic

Snyder's Antique Auto ( 888-262-5712) has tapered washers which may work. They are listed for a Model A but works well with later wheels. Part # A-1012-W. They fit good on the 1/2 inch lugs on my car.

You will probably have to make the washers.
However, it would be interesting to take a regular flat washer and heating it up and reforming it to fit the 3/4" dia. stud. I bet it could be done.

I have made couple washers by using the correct size sockets in my press. Chose the size washer you need and fit the sockets to the inside & outside measurement to fit.

I like your thinking here Ray, but I don't have a press. Two of my cleanest tonner wheels suffer the same malady. Not sure what is meant by 'tapered' washers. Does the steel vary in thickness or are they fairly conventional washers, but dished into a V shape? If so I would imagine one could mount a good rim, leaving one or two lugs empty and using a powerful impact wrench, run down a nut. If a helper was available, the washer could first be heated cherry red in a pair of junk needle nose pliers and placed on the stud while the impact guy would quickly run the nut down. Heck I might even try it after work...... Or go ask at Napa. :), Nah, that's no fun.

GB this is what they sell for worn lug holes.

I DO like the looks of the Napa washer. Once you get to 3/4" ID a regular washer would be quite thick and big in OD.
