That's a Warner gear T9 ******. A bit smaller and lighter than the T5 that was also designed by them, now property of Tremac. The T9's are plentiful in GB and OZ, but rare as hen's teeth in the US. All versions had the shift lever way, way, back. If you come across any pictures of a T9 conversion, please post them!
