T5 trans in early fords?

T5 trans for early fords,how do you replace the slant tailshaft housing from a camero t5,to a tailshaft housing from a s10? This will do two things; move shifter forward about nine inches,and position the shifter vertical. I saw an article on same,a year or so back,but can't find it.
Ps, chevy barn doesn't know yet.

Go over to the HAMB and do a search. There are lots of articles on how to do this conversion. I've been selling the adaptor kit for over 15 years.

When you say adaptor, what do you mean? The adapt the S-10 tail shaft or the trans. into the car?
