T Carburetor

I have a Model T Carb.I found with some model A parts and I'm wondering what year or years it will fit. The tag states: Holley Carburetor Co. Model - NH Pat 9-15-08 more pat.dates and it looks like ends with pat.11-2-12 Hard to read the tag. May need to be cleaned. Thank you. Jim

Looks like a Model NH for the 26-27 model t with the swivel top.
