Swap meet observation

Went to the Little Falls, MN car show and swap meet yesterday. Long time show, has been as many as 400 cars there in the past. This year I estimated 250. Always had pretty good swap meet for small town, probably 50 spaces. That, too had many vacant spaces this year. What I noticed and reason I started this thread, was the lack of Ford Flathead parts. The extent of what I saw was two early style aluminum intake manifolds.... no heads, dizzy's, internal parts,....nothing. One guy had a nice '36 horn button/rod, wanted $100. Granted a fairly small swap meet, but a sign of the changing times perhaps?

"lack of Ford Flathead parts"??? It's because in Minnesota, Fred at Southside Obsolete has all the Flathead parts...;)

Good stuff is at home. U have have to meet/greet- join clubs ect. I won't haul to a meet and then haul back home. Newc

Im with Newc. If you meet folks in the game then you learn who has what ,where and how much or trade for what you may have. Tim
