Suggestions for a shipper

I'm shipping a later model hood to a member in Australia. All I have to do is ship it from San Jose, CA to Orange, CA, then it is taken care of by the Aussie who has it put into an overseas container.

IIRC, someone here posted a link to a site where you could post a description of the item you want to ship and shippers would bid against each other for your shipment.

Anyone have a link ?
 
There are companies like Narvis Pack & Ship who are USA wide and have a depot in San Jose. They will pick stuff up and forward it for you but I think you will find them a bit expensive.

I have used them a couple of times when I needed small stuff picked up and shipped to Aus with no problems except cost.
