stuck engine

My 1930 A- trucks engine just lock had started fine has had know noises the oil looked fine trird to hand crank motors stuck looked to see if could maybe turn it a little the other way to see if maybe there could have been a bolt back out and stuck in flywheel . could the starter stick and cause this tried to remove starter and it is stuck and cant get it out any advise

Yes, starter might be stuck in the flywheel - easy way to find out is to put the trans in 3rd gear, and rock a rear wheel back and forth.
You might hear it 'pop'
just make sure you have the parking brake released and the key OFF

Yes Starter is stuck rock car in gear it could free up starter.
