Just wondering what this is on my Stromberg, ware the arrow points on this Govenor Cheers Big Mike
 
That carb was probably on a truck, school bus, or something where they didn't want the driver running the carb wide open. Most likely some kind of commercial or even an industrial application.

it was and still is on my flathead in my Bren Gun Carrier, Before the flatehead was used for a back up light generator years ago, and was never in a vehicle, not many miles on the motor eh. Cheers BM
