Strange engine block Number

I have a B engine with a C on the head. The block number is ID 7061 C0L0 I have not been able to research this. Does this sound Legit? Maybe somebody just got "poetic license" with the stamping.

B engines had no number factory stamped on the block pad by Ford. The B serial numbers were on the flywheel cover casting. Your number sounds like either a state DMV assigned new number or some aftermarket builders number for stationary engine use.

Also all B engines had a head with the letter C.

That "maybe" an assigned engine number by the state of Colorado. Just an educated guess.
