Straighten a 14T front wheel

Anyone know how to straighten a front wheel on a T? It appears that the rim is bent, as it shows approx 1/4" "wobble". Know of someone who does this type of repair?
To check this, I mounted a spindle in my bench vise, put the wheel on and give 'er a spin.

Probably you have a bent rim. 1/4" is not much. I would not try to straighten it, you could make it worse or break something. You probably would have to replace the rim with a true one to fix this wheel.

Maybe just drive it until the spokes get loose, then build a new wheel using the old hub and a new rim.
