Sth American RHD 'A's

If any Fordbarners own an Argentinian or other Sth American Model A originally RHD, I would be interested to know the assembly plant body letter. These cars were exported from USA as RHD & are not the Canadian RHD Model A's. Body number would be on the front floor metal cross member & comprise one or two letters with a series of numbers. Found on factory assembled bodies like Tudors, Coupes,Phaetons & Roadsters, but not the Murray or Briggs Victoria, Deluxe Phaeton or Cabriolet etc.
Thankyou.

I have a 30 roadster from Chile (LHD) and an Argentine (RHD)assembled 28 pheaton, neither have any body numbers stamped anywhere.

Those "South American" assembly plants which assembled the Model A and AA were: Buenos Aires, Argentina; Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; and Santiago, Chile. Also further north was Mexico City, Mexico.

I've never see any body number stamped anywhere. I found one time a 28 phaeton with a nº stenciled in the low part of the front seat . If I could help with another matter about Argentinian RHD just let me know.

Thanks to all who replied to my question. The Sth American 'A's certainly get around. We have a few here, imported recently but all rarer '31 types that were never available new in NZ. I was hoping a body stamp letter from Somerville, Chester,Kearny or Rouge which were points of origin for these cars, would turn up. It may yet I hope.
