Steering Wheel Replacement

Here is an odd question that perhaps some of the street rod enthusiasts might be able to help me with.
Is there a smaller diameter steering wheel, like a hot rod wheel, that will go on the stock steering shaft, and allow me to keep the original light switch and horn button?
Looking to get a little more room in the cab...

There is an adapter from Speedway Motors that you can use with a four spoke Bell type 17" wheel that doesn't look all that out of place. You can still use the stock levers on the steering column.
