Steering wheel position ?

Hi Guy's


Went to install the steering wheel on my "30"..It's been so long, I don't remember what is the correct position..Are the spokes at a 45degree angle so you can see the speedo in the straight ahead position ?. Has 2 keyway's on the wheel...
