Steering gear wire?

I have an electric wire coming out of the bottom of the steering gear on my 52 F1. Can anyone tell me what this is for? Very old hard wiring harness that I’ve been removing in order to replace. Do you have recommendations on where to purchase wiring kits? Thanks

Should be the grounding wire from the horn button to the horn relay
to honk the horn
