Steering column drop & lock

I'm trying to confirm if this column drop I recently picked up is for a 41 Mercury or some other Ford product. Thank you for any help on this id.

I think you might be right on the '41 Mercury attribution. Unique for one year. I have an NOS switch and NOS ignition cylinder that goes to it (also unique to '41). Not sure what the left hand hole accommodates. A Mercury specialist would have to help there.

Thank you. It must be 41 Mercury. Hole on the left is probably for starter button.
The 38-46 parts book lists two versions of lock body for 41 Merc : 19A-3676-A with starter sw. in lock body and 19A-3676-B with start sw. in instrument panel. Jim
