I just installed the later column bracket, from Snyder's, on a '30 tudor and it was a piece of cake. No spacer adapter was needed. The two mounting bolts lined up with the existing holes and was mounted with 1/4" x 1" bolts. Using the bracket as a template, the third hole had to be drilled and took a 1/4 x 3/4" bolt. Less work than installing it on a '28-'29. The column mount is rock solid and now, no tank bracket gas leakage worries! Woopee doo !
