I can not locate the contact information on the person who sells the steering column bearing that replaces the uper bushing. Does someone have this info handy?
Also, you might try Ace Hardware. They have a ball bearing for about $3.50 that's a perfect fit. It's for some common machine like a lawn mower. Just get the outside and inside diameter of the Ford bearing, and the friendly hardware man will find your bearing.
There is more than just the bearing needed .There is a ring that fits on the shaft that presses against the inner part of the bearing and a spring thatgoes between the bottom of the wheel and that ring to hold it tight to the bearing with the kit I have.Johnny.
