In your other post you show a steering column upended. Are you referring here to the flange where the column goes against the firewall? Square is 1926-27 only, round is earlier.
I should follow this up by saying, there were several types of wire tubes used starting in 1915, generally the one shown would be about the dates I gave. The Canadian and English built cars could be different esp the early years.
