Steering Box Oil Level

What is the correct oil level in the steering box....is this another situation where you fill until it starts coming out or something else.

Essentially! Fill it until the oil is ready to come out the filler hole and quit.

I fill mine till I see it at the bottom of the fill hole

Turning the wheel a little will allow it to go down some to add more
