im using the one that came with wiring harness that tyree harris made or the company that make factory correct wiring harnesses. is there a starter solenoid and where does yellow horn wire go to?

Are you working on a stock '32 or a hot rod. Stock had no solenoid and the yellow horn wire came from the headlight switch at the bottom of the steering column.

This is a little different approach, but if your not trying to be 100% original you can hook the horn power lead to just about any point that is an always hot connection. They may be calling the starter switch the starter solenoid. And the hot side would work fine for the horn lead. That is where it would connect on later years with a solenoid. That's where the wiring ends up anyway if you trace it out. Starter switch to ammeter, ammeter to light switch and light switch to horn. And all of these connections are alway hot.

No starter solenoid on the 32-35 Fords. The 32 horn appears to get its battery power from the light switch using the wiring diagram above and the ground path is from the light switch also.
