spring perches

Thought i'd try it over here too!

Ive had a little thought concerning my front end im gonna be running

Basically everything is model A with an 32 axle im yet to buy perches but im thinking would i need model A perches or 32 ones to go with the A brake actuators,spindles ect?

Is the ear that the actuators bolt too longer on a 32 perch to make up for the drop on the 32 axle?

Or will an A perch work with my set up?

Or will i have to modify one or the other to make it work?

Which is what im thinking i'll have to do

any help is apreciated

I've done that swap, I used 32 perches. You could lengthen the A ones if need be. You also need shims between the axle and model A wishbone, where the perch goes through.

We also used 32 perches when we did this on my dad's Model A. I did a little write up on it here...
