just a note to things to check on fitting new spindle pins.
The ones we are fitting are FPS brand, they came with made in USA on the packet.
they are really nice and right on the diameter,BUT , the little slot that allows the grease to feed up to the thrust washer is about 1/4 inch to long at the bottom of the top bush, and extends further on by about 3/16th past the bottom of the bush and therefor actually goes down far enough to go into the top of the axle, this allows grease to feed out into the space between the bottom of the stub axle and the top of the axle.
we fixed it by filling the last part of the slot with 5 min araldite,
so now the grease only come up to the thrust bearing and top bush.
