Hi, I am having trouble with speedometer cable breaking. I noticed by experimenting that the nut can't be tightened very much or the cable binds up. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help. {42 Mercury]
check the cable length, you may have to cut a little off the end, most cables have a collar on the speedo end it should bottom against the speedo with no binding
